Five simple shifts to help your kid (and you) ease into the school year
The start of school is one of the most common times I see anxiety show up in kids. More clinginess at drop-off. Bigger reactions to small things. The “what ifs” at bedtime. This short guide walks you through the five things I focus on with families every September. Nothing complicated. Just the shifts that tend to make the biggest difference during a transition.

About Hilary
I’m a Registered Clinical Counsellor in BC, Canada, and I work alongside a team of pediatricians. The referrals I see for child anxiety have grown faster than any of us can keep up with, which is a big part of why I started sharing what I teach families in my practice. This guide is a small piece of that.
