Hilary Evans, an Associate Broker, has been the recipient of many "excellence in sales" awards from both Houlihan Lawrence and the Westchester County Board of Realtors. She has lived in Westchester County since 1980 and is a Certified Relocation Specialist for both Buyers and Sellers. She began working in Real Estate in Chappaqua in 1997, and managed the approval process and sale of a 55 home subdivision.
Active in professional affairs, she is a member of the Westchester County Board of Realtors, where she is on the Board of Directors and is the Chairperson of the Education Council. She has also served as the Vice Chair of the Education Council, and previously chaired its Faculty Audit Committee. She is a member of the National Association of Realtors, and the New York State Association of Realtors.
Hilary, a member of the Council of Residential Specialists, was awarded the nationally recognized Graduate Realtor Institute(GRI) Designation by the New York State Association of Realtors, and the ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) Designation by the REBAC Council of the National Association of Realtors.
Active in the community, Hilary works as a volunteer for the PEGASUS Foundation's therapeutic riding program at the Chase Meadow Farm in North Salem, has served three terms on the Board of Directors of the Greenbriar Homeowners' Association, is a member of the League of Women Voters, and is a past Trustee of the Somers Education Foundation.
Prior to her real estate career, Hilary enjoyed a 20+ year career in publishing. She was Vice-President and Associate Publisher at SCIENTIFIC AMERICAN and has substantial marketing, management, and negotiating skills -- all of which she puts to work enthusiastically for the benefit of her clients.
She is a graduate of Wheaton College in Norton, Massachusetts and lives in Northern Westchester with her husband, Bob Lyle, and Chaser & Charly, respectively, Golden Retriever & Siamese. |
